Our Real Estate Brokers, Emily G. Sequeira and Jonathan Xavier G. Sequeira, are licensed by the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) after passing the Real Estate Board exam and are registered with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) in compliance with the Real Estate Service Law (R.A. 9646 or RESA Law) in the Philippines. 

Both are well-equipped to assist you in your search for your dream home and in all aspects of Real Estate in the Philippines.  

To verify PRC licenses by name, access the PRC Online Verification Service and select the second tab. Input the license holder’s profession, first name, and last name. Finally, click ‘Verify’ to show the result.  

As per Republic Act 9649 (Real Estate Service Law), only registered, licensed consultants, licensed appraisers or licensed brokers, and accredited salespersons are allowed to practice in the Real Estate Service.
